Accelerator Kingsley Ventures portfolio company Maninblock (CEO Park Jong-hyung) announced on the 5th that it will participate in the "20th Gangwon Medical Device Exhibition (GMES 2024)" held at the Medical Device Comprehensive Support Center permanent exhibition hall in Wonju City Enterprise City, Gangwon Province for two days on the 5th and 6th. At GMES 2024, Maninblock is making the first domestic unveiling of MediKoGPT -- a healthcare-specialized LLM that overcomes technical limitations of general LLMs for medical consultation contexts: hallucination reduction through medical knowledge grounding; Korean healthcare terminology optimization; regulatory-compliant response frameworks for Korean healthcare context. The digital twin-based healthcare service: Maninblock in collaboration with Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital developed a service using a digital twin model of the hospital to enable patients to virtually navigate the facility, understand procedure flows, and get AI-assisted pre-consultation preparation -- reducing patient anxiety and administrative burden simultaneously.
