Incheon Jung-gu announced on the 4th that it conducted "Road Name Address Digital Education" using a digital textbook developed by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety based on the AI metaverse platform "PLACE_B" so that students at Sinseon Elementary School could learn road name addresses more effectively. Particularly, through experience and practice-centered education, students not only more easily understood the principles of road name address assignment but also learned how to use address information facilities in emergency situations, creating an opportunity to raise safety awareness. The road name address digital education context: Korea adopted a road name address system (replac ing the lot number system) as a national policy; however many residents, especially children, still struggle to understand and use the new system; the PLACE_B metaverse platform allows students to navigate a virtual city environment using road name addresses, making the abstract concept concrete through direct interaction; the gamified approach -- finding locations by entering addresses in a virtual environment -- creates engagement that traditional classroom instruction cannot achieve.
