The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) held a "New Content Academy (NCA) Project Exhibition" at the AI Content Festival (October 31 – November 2, COEX, Samsung-dong, Seoul) showcasing new technology utilization projects. The AI Content Festival was organized for the first time this year to promote and popularize AI content creation. Six NCA projects incorporating AI and cutting-edge technology were exhibited: (1) "In the Picture" — horror XR interaction movie played inside generative AI-created paintings; (2) "Melodish" — experiential exhibition visualizing hopes and wishes through AI image learning technology; (3) "Larimar" — immersive media art combining generative AI images with sandplay for psychological comfort; (4) "PAZIZIC" — media attraction restoring light to a power-stolen amusement park with electric cat Jet; (5) "UINPULSE" — interactive audiovisual immersive exhibition with elements responding to audience heart rate; (6) "Dream Garden" — AI images generated from audience brainwave data. An AI creation workshop featured three project creators as panelists, sharing how AI was utilized in each production process. KOCCA has been operating NCA since last year with 2-year long-term and 6-month short-term courses in four specializations: Virtual Production, Virtual Visualization, Interaction Planning, and Immersive Space.
