Strategic Assets, Prediction Markets, and Stablecoins Opening the Future -- Sogang University Metaverse Graduate School First Metaverse Business Lab Seminar Completed: Sogang University Metaverse Graduate School held the 1st Metaverse Business Lab Seminar on the theme Future of Virtual Assets and Digital Economy at Sogang University Matteo Hall in Seoul on April 12, 2025. This event was the first seminar of the CPSR framework (Coordination, Project, Seminar, Research) for realizing metaverse-based strategic management, proceeding amid high interest from researchers and practitioners focused on the intersection of virtual assets and the metaverse industry. Three presentations: digital strategic value of cryptocurrency as a national and corporate balance sheet asset; prediction market-based information finance evolution -- how prediction markets aggregate distributed information more efficiently than surveys or expert panels; global financial structure reorganization through stablecoins -- how stablecoins are creating new payment infrastructure that bypasses traditional banking intermediaries for cross-border transactions.
