Medical AI healthcare data specialist MaeinBlock (CEO Park Jong-hyeong), nurtured by accelerator Kingsley Ventures, participated in the "Korea-Vietnam Economic Cooperation Forum" at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Vietnam on the 17th (local time), presenting on Gangwon Province's digital health industry and new technology companies.
The forum was organized for export of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province AI medical solutions and medical devices, with 150+ participants including the Korean Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, KOCHAM Chairman, and Korean-Vietnamese government and corporate officials. MaeinBlock showcased its "Healthcare-Specialized Conversational AI Solution MediKoGPT," which overcomes LLM technical limitations of "hallucination" and "knowledge cutoff" by applying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) achieving 92% answer accuracy through pre-training on medical questionnaire datasets and standard clinical guidelines from Korean medical settings, and LTM (Long Term Memory) enabling recall of past conversation content for personalized services. Demonstrated effectiveness through gastroenterology pilot at Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital. Plans to expand from gastroenterology to neurology, obstetrics/gynecology, and psychiatry, eventually developing into a patient-customized full-cycle healthcare platform including remote medical care and post-treatment tracking.
