Shinsegae Duty Free has unveiled Louis Vuitton — a global luxury brand — for the first time at Incheon Airport Terminal 2, seven years after the terminal's opening. Louis Vuitton's selective duty-free store strategy makes this entry through collaboration with Shinsegae Duty Free a significant development in the industry, demonstrating the importance and growth potential of Korea's duty-free market.

Shinsegae Duty Free opened the Terminal 2 3rd floor shopping space first and plans to complete a duplex store expanding to the 4th floor within the first half of the year — the first duplex format at a domestic airport duty-free shop. The store features Louis Vuitton's heritage reinterpreted in contemporary design, offering a broad range of leather goods, accessories, shoes, fine jewelry, and perfume collections, plus signature travel bags and airport-exclusive special products.

A Shinsegae Duty Free representative stated: "This Louis Vuitton store opening will set a new milestone in global luxury brands' duty-free distribution strategy — we expect it to play a major role in attracting individual tourists and growing the duty-free market." Shinsegae Duty Free plans to further strengthen partnerships with global luxury brands and continue expanding its brand portfolio to position Incheon Airport as a landmark for airport shopping.
